Via het onderstaande formulier kan je jouw accessoires kiezen en kan je in de opmerkingen aangeven of je ze op de club wilt ophalen of dat ze verzonden moeten worden (kosten worden in rekening gebracht). Betalen kan via een bankoverschrijving of op de club.
